Barry W Kington - Director

Barry Kington has had over 30 years experience in a wide range of people management related activities.
His particular interest and major work has been in the fields of executive recruitment, supervisory and management training, employee and industrial relations, remuneration and performance management.
Barry has held senior positions in both personnel management and management consulting. These include senior staff management positions in New Zealand Motor Corporation and Lane Walker Rudkin Industries, as well as Executive director of Peat Marwick Consultants Ltd, and Partner and Manager of Human Resource Services for P A consulting Group.

Gary M Grace - Associate

Gary Grace has extensive expertise in the design and application of psychometric assessment in the workplace. He has a Master of Science in Industrial and Organisational psychology and is undertaking a PhD at the Massey School of Management and International Business specialising in the design of assessment centres. He has held several positions in assessment and recruitment consultancies in both the New Zealand and Australian markets. Within these roles he has worked with a variety of assessments and has chosen to align himself with Saville Consulting based on the quality of these assessments.  

Paul F Brosnahan - Director

  • Past Chairman of Hubbard Foods Ltd and for 6 years as a Director of AgriQuality Ltd.

Paul Brosnahan has had considerable experience in the management and governance of medium to large Companies in a wide range of businesses but predominantly in the manufacture and marketing of food and beverages.
Paul has held CEO positions in Aulsebrooks Ltd, Kellogg's (NZ) Ltd and Corbans Wines Ltd. and held Senior executive positions in Lane Walker Rudkin Industries Ltd and Montana Wines.
He has been a business consultant and mentor to a wide range of SME Companies in all types of business but particularly in food and grocery related products. He has specialised in strategic development, executive recruitment, finance and marketing.

Penny Smythe - Associate

Penny Smythe has extensive business experience, and has worked for a number of NZ companies including; Carter Holt Harvey, NZ Meat Producers Board, and Dalgety Crown. Her experience spans across production, sales, marketing, and human resources.

Penny joined PA Consulting Group in 1989 in the Human Resource Consulting team. Penny now has over 20 areas of experience in HR Consulting which have included Remuneration, Performance Management, Recruitment, and Occupational Assessment.
