The Saville Consulting products are available for inhouse use, whereby training in the use of these tools is provided, and a platform can be purchased to minimize the ongoing cost of assessments. Alternatively Broadway People can manage the process, arranging with the assessment with the candidate, interpreting the personality and ability assessments, and providing the client with a comprehensive report and a verbal briefing.

Assessment Centres

Assessment Centres are recognised as the premium standard in assessing a candidates potential performance. Assessment Centres involve the bespoke design of exercises which allow the behavioural observation in job related tasks. This ensures accurate prediction of performance in the role. They are commonly used for bulk recruitment, such as graduate recruitment programs or call centre recruitment, whilst also being prominently used for assessing senior leadership potential. This method of assessment evolved out of the military using such methods to select officers. Although these began as selection tools they are also frequently used as development exercises.
